Glass Eyes for Teddy Bears – Gloss Black – British Best Quality 2mm – 20mm Our traditional gloss black British glass eyes for teddy bears have been handmade to a high quality in England with stainless steel loops for inserting.   These glass eyes are intended to be used in collectable teddy bears, needle felting and art dolls plus many other crafts! The hoops on the back of the eyes have been flattened enabling the clip to be squeezed together after the securing thread has been attached.  This makes as small as possible profile to the clip to prevent damage to the weave fittig the eye to your creation. The eyes are available as a single pair or in packs of 5 or 10 pairs.  The eyes are available in the following sizes (the size of the eyes relates to the diameter across the eye):- 2mm 3mm 4mm 5mm 6mm 7mm 8mm 9mm 10mm 12mm 14mm 16mm 18mm 20mm The eyes are made by hand and, because of this, there can be a variation in size.  We always aim to send a pack of 5 pairs that have been matched in size but the size can vary slightly from pack to pack.  For instance, a 6mm pack could contain 5 pairs of 6.3mm eyes or 5 pairs of 5.8mm eyes etc. These eyes also work well in Fimo creations and, because they are made from glass, withstand the heat of an oven. You can buy single pairs of eyes or packs of 5 or 10 pairs of eyes (which work out cheaper per pair).
