Stainless Steel Washers x 100 M3.5 M4 and M5 for Toy Making Our packs of stainless steel washers x 100 are available in M3.5, M4 and M5 sizes and are used in traditional toy and teddy bear making.  Washers are often part of a cotter pin joint which is used to enable your creation have moving arms, legs and head.  A cotter pin joint set usually needs 2 washers per joint.  The bigger the washer, the bigger the bear! Our washers are made from Form A2, BZP stainless steel and the different sized washers have the following, approximate dimensions:- M3.5:  Outer diameter 8mm. Inner diameter (of the hole) 3.5mm. Thickness of washer 1mm M4  Outer diameter 9mm. Inner diameter (of the hole) 4mm. Thickness of washer 1mm M5  Outer diameter 10mm. Inner diameter (of the hole) 5mm.
