Funky Friends Dynamite the Donkey Sewing Pattern Funky Friends Dynamite the Donkey is a cute baby donkey who measures 38cm (15”) long and 33cm (13”) tall. With his perky, upright ears and cute, chubby tummy he looks great in a variety of fabrics and colours and you can use felt or fleece for his mane.  This dinky donkey will make anyone a brilliant burro buddy! Dynamite can be sewn with most fabrics including quilting cottons and stretch fabrics like fleece or minky would be nice and snuggly! You could use felt or fleece for his mane and tail too. The full size paper pattern comes with an instruction booklet. In addition to this, Funky Friends also have tutorial videos to help guide you through your toy making journey. Materials you will need to make Dynamite:- MAIN FABRIC – – 17¼ inches x 43 inches wide (44cm x 110cm) DARK FABRIC – 6 inches x 22 inches wide (15cm x 55cm) LIGHT FABRIC – 4½ inches x 13 inches wide (11½cm x 33cm) MANE & TAIL TIP – Black Felt 4 inches x 7 inches wide (10cm x 17cm) EYES  14mm, 15mm or 16mm Safety Eyes plus white felt (optional) – 1¼ inches x 3½ inches (3cm x 9cm) Toy Stuffing Sewing thread Iron-on light/medium weight interfacing (this is needed only if you are using thin or very stretchy fabrics or, if you are using a mix of different types of fabrics) Equipment you will need:- A sewing needle & pins Fabric scissors with a fine tip Paper scissors Fine tipped fabric pen or a pencil Craft Glue & firm card for the templates (cereal boxes are fine!)
