You can apply online via our Wholesale Application Form. Once approved, you’ll receive your login details and immediate access to our wholesale store.

2. Is there a minimum order requirement?

No — there is no minimum spend required. You can order as much or as little as you need.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all wholesale orders over qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping fees apply for orders under $400.

4. How do I place an order?

Once logged into your wholesale account, you can browse products, use our Quick Order function to add multiple items at once, and check out directly online.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Payment is required at checkout for wholesale orders.

6. How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, wholesale orders are only available for delivery within Australia.

8. Can I order in bulk or by the pallet?
