Use Showerbuddy with taller users Ensures comfort of user and carer Order with SB1 or as a later add on Details If the user is tall and has a longer leg length swap out the existing height adjustment tubes for these longer SB1E tubes which will give a maximum additional seat height of 75mm (3 inch) in 25mm (1 inch) increments. These are fitted at the time of home installation by the installer and must be ordered separately as an accessory. Installation Remove the upper portion of the chair by taking out the height adjustment clips in the main legs. Lift the whole top section of the chair out of the lower rolling frame. Remove the existing height adjustment tubes fixed with thumb knobs to the underside of the cushion area. Replace those tubes with the longer RBE24 tubes to allow the chair to be lifted to a higher level to suit the user leg length. Refit the upper chair section back into the lower rolling base section.
